GBM is not usually required by Clients to perform the process engineering for these items and usually starts from the sizing given by the Clients. GBM gained long experience and skill in design and fabrication of these vessels according to related relevant specifications. They are manufactured either in carbon steel or in other materials for any kind of service.

Sulphide Stress Cracking in Hydrogen Sulphide Environment (wet sour services), NACE MR 0103- MR 0175, NACE TM 0177 Hydrogen Induced Cracking, NACE TM 0284 are very well known requirements and standards for which GBM has already got lot of experience; Caustic soda (NaOH) solutions, MEA solutions, DEA, DEG, TEG solutions; Rich Amine DisoPropanol (ADIP) solutions are products already treated in previous projects.

GBM can also produce Steam Drums and De-aerator for Waste Heat Recovery Boilers serving Refinery, Petrochemical and power Industry.

REACTORS & GAS PROCESSING

GBM is not usually required by Clients to perform the process engineering for these items and usually starts from the sizing given by the Clients.
By the way, this is the normal procedure when “Licensor” and / or patented technologies are involved in the sizing process and when, for the mentioned reasons, vessels must be manufactured strictly in compliance with given sizing and details.

GBM gained long experience and skill in design and fabrication of these vessels according to related relevant specifications. They are manufactured either in carbon steel or in other materials for any kind of service.

Pressure Vessels, Separators, Condensers and Heat Exchangers for industrial processes and applications in industrial fields, especially in petrochemical, chemical and pharmaceutical ones, also for cryogenic temperature lower than -120°C.

REACTORS WITH AGITATOR

GBM manufactures Pressure vessel and Reactors with mixers, agitators, according to Client’s specifications for chemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and food industries. Pressure Vessels, Separators, Condensers and Heat Exchangers for industrial processes and applications in industrial fields, especially in the petrochemical, chemical and pharmaceutical ones.

INTERNALS

GBM is able to provide a wide range of Internals for Petrochemical and Chemical Field, to be installed inside Towers, Columns and Reactors.
