GBM designs and manufactures Pressure Vessels according to main International Codes: ASME VIII Div. 1 or 2, EN 13445, AD Merkblätter, VSR I.S.P.E.S.L. (just to mention the main Codes usually required by our Clients) and any further main international standards.

GBM gained experience and references with the design and manufacturing of pressure vessels in Carbon steel, Low alloy Steel (Cr-Mo), Austenitic stainless steel, Duplex and Super-Duplex stainless steel, Alloy steel and Non ferrous alloy, Integral or cladded.
Fields of installation: Petrochemicals; Oil & Gas Offshore and Onshore Gas treatment plants, Gas process, Vacuum technology, Chemicals, Power Plants, Cogeneration and Ecology.

STORAGE – ACCUMULATORS
DEGASSING AND DESICCATION

Pressure Vessels with volume up to 100 m³, diameter up to 5 meter, and weight up to 150 ton, are manufactured also for high pressure (more than 300 barg).
All vessels can be made in carbon steel, Low alloy Steel (Cr-Mo), Austenitic stainless steel, Duplex and Super-duplex stainless steel, Alloy steel and Nonferrous (exotic) alloy, either made of Integral material or cladded; cladding is carried out internally in our workshop.

PNEUMATIC TRANSPORT

Pressure Vessels for Pneumatic transport of Powder or Pellets of Ash, Carbon, Food, Plastics, Rubber and Additives. Design is developed according to Client specification, and its production is either for a single piece or per batches. This type of vessel is used in Power Industry, Chemical and Petro-chemical industry, Metallurgical and Food Industry as well.

DAMPERS

GBM manufactures dampers according to main international Codes and API 618. Our Dampers have been manufactured and tested under all worst operating conditions (as High pressure, pulsations and fatigue problems, aggressive fluid, Petrochemicals, H2S Presence, Sour Service, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, Urea). For process gases as: Hydrogen, O2, CO2, Hydrocarbons.

COLUMN & TOWERS

GBM designs and manufactures Contactors, Columns and Towers with diameter up to 5 meter, length up to 50 m, weight up to 150 ton, high wall thickness for pressure of 300 barg and over.

SPECIAL CHAMBER

Special Chamber for Vacuum and / or External Pressure, with Special shape or openings; all these products are designed and developed according to Client’s needs and specifications.
